Partner with operations management, which retains accountability for day-to-day safety execution within manufacturing, and with leaders across ICS to identify hazards, assess risk, and implement effective controls for work performed in all operating environments. 3. Training and Communication: Develop, coordinate, and deliver role-appropriate EHS training and communications for manufacturing, engineering, project, vendor, and office-based work. Topics may include, but are not limited to, Human Performance tools, Life Critical Processes, SIF/PSIF prevention, Lockout/Tagout, hazardous material communication, powered industrial vehicle and transportation safety, and other risk-based controls. 4. Apply root cause analysis methods, support corrective and preventive actions, and ensure events are documented and reported through the appropriate processes in accordance with Westinghouse policy. 5. Audits, Assessments, and Field Engagement: Conduct or facilitate EHS audits, assessments, inspections, and field observations. Document findings, communicate risk, and partner with responsible organizations to develop and track appropriate corrective actions. 6. Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Monitor leading and lagging EHS indicators, analyze observations and event trends, and prepare routine performance updates for ICS leadership. Use data and operating experience to recommend targeted improvements and risk-reduction actions. 7. Corporate and Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a key ICS point of contact for Corporate and OPX EHS teams. Coordinate deployment of enterprise EHS initiatives, communicate changes in standards and expectations, and represent ICS in cross-functional working groups as assigned. 8. Safety Culture: Promote health and safety awareness, Human Performance principles, and a Zero Harm mindset through visible engagement, employee communications, lessons learned, and improvement activities. Support safety culture actions identified through surveys, observations, events, and leadership priorities. 9. Process Development: Lead or participate in interdisciplinary teams and specia projects to develop or improve EHS procedures, tools, training, and risk controls. Provide technical support to EHS colleagues and operational stakeholders without direct people-management responsibility. 10. Travel may be required, including travel to ICS, supplier, customer, and project locations. 11. Must be able to satisfy applicable requirements for access to nuclear and industrial facilities. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical discipline. 2.
