Full job description

Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.

Work you'll do

  • Own the strategy and execution of GLCP support programming across four dimensions: Account Leadership, GLCP Development, Account Growth initiatives, and Performance Management.

  • Set direction for and lead the day-to-day operations of the Client Excellence team, serving as the primary point of accountability for team output.

  • Lead execution of the GLCP onboarding program in partnership with Industry Leaders, including welcome calls, onboarding materials, briefing packs, and targeted development sessions.

  • Own and execute the GLCP succession planning process in collaboration with GCS Industry Leaders, GLCSPs, and Member Firms to ensure leadership continuity across strategic accounts.

  • Design, refresh, and deliver GLCP development offerings so content, formats, and delivery approaches remain relevant to current needs.

  • Analyze and synthesize Market, Client, and Account data to develop actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and advance GTM priorities.

  • Own the GLCP performance management lifecycle, including expectations, goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, and consensus processes.

  • Lead and continuously improve program and PMO processes, reporting cadences, communications, and integrated ways of working across the four dimensions.

  • Partner with GCS Industry Leaders, GCS Member Firm Growth Leaders across SR&T and T&T, broader GCS Growth leadership, GLCPs, and account teams to align priorities and execution.

  • Lead and develop both onshore and offshore resources, fostering collaboration across geographies and time zones while providing coaching, mentoring, and career development support.

  • Operate with substantial autonomy in setting priorities, directing execution, allocating team capacity, and resolving complex stakeholder issues with limited senior oversight.

The team

Deloitte's Global Consulting Services professionals support our global businesses to drive impact and create enduring value for clients in Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) and Technology & Transformation (T&T). We deliver purpose-driven services and solutions and provide a consistent, best-in-class "One Deloitte" experience around the world.

Qualifications

  • Typically 12+ years of relevant experience in client program management, communications, or PMO/reporting functions, ideally within a large, global, matrixed professional-services organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • Demonstrated team leadership, people management, coaching, and development experience.

  • Superior written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare senior stakeholder-ready materials and tailor messaging to the audience.

  • Advanced stakeholder-management skills and the credibility to work across GCS pillars, senior leaders, GLCPs, and account teams.

  • Strong project and program management, PMO, reporting, and time-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently under pressure.

  • Proven ability to operate with autonomy, exercise judgment under uncertainty, and resolve ambiguous, high-stakes, deadline-driven issues with limited oversight.

  • Working knowledge of GLCP support programming across Account Leadership, GLCP Development, Account Growth initiatives, and Performance Management.

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing new processes or solutions; experience integrating previously distributed work into a coherent operating model is a plus.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Comfort working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholder expectations.
