Full job description
Lincoln Tech invites seasoned Medical Assisting professionals to share their expertise on an as-needed basis as Substitute Medical Assisting Instructors. We truly believe your industry expertise will inspire our students. Let's work together to prepare the next generation of Medical Assistants for successful careers in healthcare.
You don't have to be an experienced teacher to be a great instructor. Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned experienced healthcare professionals with little or no formal teaching background into organized educators. We provide ongoing training, resources, and a structured curriculum to help you succeed in the classroom and lab.
This is a flexible, as-needed opportunity with potential coverage during day, afternoon, and evening classes, as well as occasional Friday or Saturday 4–6 hour workshops focused on clinical skills practice, tutoring, remediation, and RMA/certification preparation.
For someone who discovers that teaching is the right fit, this role can also be a great opportunity to gain instructional experience and be considered for future part-time or full-time teaching opportunities as they become available.
