Full job description

Description The Experience

As part of the Strategic Events department, the World Tour team takes the Salesforce spirit on the road, delivering high-quality events across the U.S. and globally. We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our energetic, fast-paced team. The right candidate is an organizational wizard with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. This role provides program operations support across internal planning teams, key collaborators, and external agencies and vendors, and serves as a key administrative partner to the team lead for global World Tour ownership.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Assist the team lead with administrative and operational tasks supporting global World Tour ownership, and drive project management across core program functions, coordinating multiple concurrent event projects throughout the fiscal year
  • Track progress against milestones, workback schedules, and program deadlines, providing regular updates to collaborators. Manage meetings and agendas, document discussions, and track action items
  • Partner with City Leads, cross-functional teams (Creative Services, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops), and external agencies and vendors to align on priorities, resolve dependencies, and manage scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Own or support the Environmental Elements role by coordinating creative and signage workflows, tracking approvals and production timelines, and ensuring on-brand, on-budget execution across cities
  • Manage invoice and PO tracking and support budget management. Create and maintain planning decks, spreadsheets, documents, post-event summary decks, team templates, and processes, and keep event inventory and team documents organized across Google Drive, Slack, and Canvas. Provide pre-event and onsite support, plus other duties as assigned

You're Our Person If...

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience, ideally supporting large-scale conferences or event programs in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment
  • Results-focused and customer-driven, with strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
