Customer Service/Project Manager

Job Duties

• Heavy communication with customer and sales reps via phone and email

• Gather and organize order details from customers and sales reps

• Customer education of products, services, and processes

• Issue identification, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

Minimum Education Required

High School or Equivalent

Minimum Experience Required

• A level of strength and comfort with computers and related technology (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Proficient in spelling, proofreading, and the use of proper grammar

• Proficient in math and units of measurement

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

• Able to work in a fast pace, high pressure environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff

• Organization, prioritization, and time management skills

• Eagerness to work and learn, and comfortably handling a variety of responsibilities as they arise
