Job Title: Distribution Center Associate Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a distribution center where you will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of healthcare products. These include sleep apnea machines, breathing treatment masks, and various other medical products. You will play a crucial role in loading and unloading trucks daily, as well as manually pulling orders by identifying the correct numbers.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties for healthcare products.

• Load and unload trucks on a daily basis.

• Manually pull orders by identifying correct product numbers.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, specifically with Crown equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must pass observation test (1 out of 5 people pass).

Work Environment

The facility is very clean and brand new, ensuring a pleasant working environment. Employees are required to wear steel toe shoes and a safety vest, which is provided. The shift typically runs from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility until 6:30 pm, and another shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
