Job Duties
Job Summary RN Plans, organizes, directs, and provides holistic care for patients utilizing the nursing process in evaluating total patient care needs and following the directives of the professional and regulatory bodies. Possess and demonstrate skills in physical assessment, decision making, delivery of age-appropriate patient care and discharge planning, including medication and treatment administration per hospital policies and procedures. Adept at patient-family teaching, accurate documentation in electronic medical records, and delegating tasks to other levels of care providers within the department.
Job Summary LPN Provides direct care to patients, performs medication reconciliation and medication delivery as well as providing patient treatments within the scope of training and experience, and under the supervision of a Registered nurse.
Minimum Education Required
RN Minimum Qualifications:

MN RN license by endorsement or NCLEX examination.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
-
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification within 30 days of hire
-
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification within one year of hire

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification within one year of hire
-
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) Certification within one year of hire

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
RN Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN)

Minimum one-year hospital nursing experience
Minimum Experience Required
LPN Minimum Qualifications:

MN LPN License

BLS Certification
-
1-year practical nursing program & passing NCLEX-PN Nat’l Licensure Exam
LPN Preferred Qualifications:
