Full job description

WorkMarket by ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager.

We are looking for a client-focused individual to manage a portfolio of clients and help them achieve success with the WorkMarket platform. This person will drive product adoption, support client needs, and ensure a positive experience throughout the client lifecycle.

In this role, success means maintaining strong client engagement, supporting day-to-day account needs, identifying risks, and helping clients maximize the value of their WorkMarket investment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  • Provide guidance, training, and best practices to help clients effectively utilize the WorkMarket platform.

  • Monitor account activity and client engagement to identify potential concerns and opportunities for improvement.

  • Resolve client issues by partnering with Product, Implementation, Operations, and other internal teams.

  • Proactively identify risks and work with internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

  • Maintain knowledge of WorkMarket products, features, and industry trends to better support clients.

  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records and action plans.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume book of business.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to analyze account activity and identify opportunities to improve client engagement and retention.

  • Strong interest and grasp of the technical aspects of the product.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts in a SaaS, technology, or service-based environment.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $55,500.00 - USD $103,700.00 / Year*

*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
