Salary Range: $18.88 To $19.93 Hourly

Position may be eligible for a sign on bonus

Unity House of Troy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Case Manager to join our Community Residence program located on 14th Street.

Sunday–Wednesday | Overnight Shift

Responsibilities

  • Provide single-staff coverage in a residential setting for individuals living with mental health challenges.

  • Assist residents with their needs and provide supportive counseling as appropriate.

  • Provide service coordination and medication supervision for program participants.

  • Respond to crises and provide emergency assistance when needed.

  • Ensure the safety, security, and satisfactory functioning of the residence.

  • Complete light cleaning duties and occasional light lifting.

  • Conduct required overnight safety routines and checklists.

  • Participate in monthly fire drills and maintain house inventory.

  • Promote an environment of inclusion, respect, dignity, and belonging.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow program policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and remain calm in emergency or crisis situations.

  • Compassionate and respectful approach when working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

  • Ability to complete required documentation and follow established procedures.

  • Previous experience in residential services, behavioral health, human services, or a related field is preferred.

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid & clean NYS driver’s license preferred
