Our marketing team builds strategic alliances, co-marketing initiatives, and distribution channels to expand audience reach. In this New York role, you'll accelerate growth by forging value-driven partnerships across the personal finance ecosystem.

Description In this role, you'll manage strategic partnerships that expand Kiplinger's market reach and revenue. You'll partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to launch co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and joint ventures. You'll use CRM and partner management platforms to track performance metrics and optimize partner engagement. Your daily work includes structuring agreements, enabling partners, and representing Kiplinger at industry events.

What You'll Do You will report into the Subscription Marketing Director

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with core marketing and growth objectives.
  • Identify and secure strategic alliances with complementary financial technology providers and industry leaders.
  • Manage high-value partner relationships to serve as the primary contact for long-term growth initiatives.
  • Structure co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and joint ventures to expand recurring revenue streams.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner solutions smoothly.
  • Track key performance metrics using CRM platforms to deliver actionable insights to leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in partnership development, B2C marketing, or strategic alliances in personal finance or digital media.
  • Familiarity with referral models, co-selling, API integrations, and partnership-driven distribution strategies.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and partner management software to track partner engagement and campaign success.
  • Strong communication abilities to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and structure clear operational terms.
  • Analytical capabilities to evaluate return on investment, track lead generation, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strategic approach to organizing partner onboarding, training resources, and co-branded marketing launches.

The expected range for this role is $108,000 - $125,000. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days from the New York office.
