Description

Brief Overview:

The Regional Branch Training Specialist plays a vital role in the development and training of branch employees across various locations.

The position provides hands-on training, coaching, and support to new hires and existing staff members ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service, adherence to bank policies and procedures, and supporting bank development initiatives.

Essential Duties:

  • Asses training needs and develop customized training plans to address specific branch and team requirements.

  • Prepares and coordinates training material in conjunction with training programs.

  • Conduct onsite and remote training sessions at MCB Branches to deliver comprehensive training on bank applications, products, services, and procedures.

  • Provide personalized support and coaching to new hires during the onboarding period, ensuring a smooth transition into their role.

  • Collaborate with branch managers and Talent Acquisition to coordinate training schedules ensuring training delivery and employee engagement

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and training outcomes providing regular reports and updates.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on bank programs, policies, requirements, and best practices

  • Travel to branch locations within assigned region

Knowledge/Experience :

  • Software skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe

  • 3 – 5 Years Branch Banking experience

  • An understanding of adult learning principles, effective coaching skills, and the ability to adapt to a variety of learning styles while monitoring learner progress is needed to provide a consistent and successful training experience.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and follow through

  • Effective time management

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
