KARD 14, KTVE 10 in Monroe, Louisiana currently in search of up-and-coming interns; perfect for current college students looking to develop their skills. Position responsibilities will vary with schedules and assignments but could include writing for broadcast and digital platforms, shooting and editing video, managing the assignment desk and monitoring emergency scanners, contributing to newscasts and helping to assist in daily news gathering and development. The right candidate will be driven to succeed, have a strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn all the aspects of broadcast and digital journalism.
