Full job description

Greptile is an AI code reviewer that catches bugs and anti-patterns in pull requests with complete context of the codebase. Hundreds of top software companies, from YC startups to big tech, and teams in finance, healthcare, and defense, use Greptile to merge PRs faster and catch more bugs. Greptile reviews 5B lines of code every month for 22,000+ customers. A new repo starts using Greptile every 2 minutes. We also uniquely offer self-hosted, air-gapped deployments for enterprises across defense, financial services, and healthcare. We’re hiring our first field marketer to build the events engine behind Greptile’s next stage of growth. You’ll create high-touch experiences for engineering leaders, build community with developers, and develop programs that can scale beyond what our team can run directly. The work starts with dinners, meetups, workshops, and conferences and builds toward a flagship Greptile user conference. Responsibilities

  • Make Greptile’s events distinct and memorable, rethinking everything from the format and venue to the overall experience

  • Build and own the field marketing calendar across engineering leadership dinners, technical meetups, workshops, and conferences

  • Run events end to end, from concept and audience strategy through outreach, production, follow-up, and measurement

  • Partner with sales to engage priority accounts and turn event conversations into pipeline and revenue

  • Build community programs that establish a strong Greptile presence in key cities

  • Develop an ambassador program that enables customers, partners, and community members to host events with Greptile

  • Work with engineers and customers to bring the product into demos and technical conversations

  • Own the budget, measure results, and scale the programs that work

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of field or event marketing experience

  • Experience marketing technical B2B software to developers and engineering leaders

  • A track record of building events that generate measurable pipeline

  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Creative instincts and a high bar for experiences people remember

  • Comfortable partnering closely with sales, engineers, customers, and external vendors

  • High ownership and the ability to build programs from scratch in a fast-moving environment

You’ll like working here if

  • You want to define how Greptile shows up in the real world

  • You see events as a revenue engine, not just a brand exercise

  • You enjoy moving between creative ideas and detailed execution

  • You want the freedom to experiment, measure what works, and build a repeatable playbook

  • You like working in person with a small, ambitious team
