-
Translate complex technical concepts, system functionality, and business processes into clear, user-friendly language for stakeholders and end users.
-
Respond to stakeholder and user questions during demonstrations, workshops, and meetings, providing timely and accurate guidance.
-
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and system-related questions in real time during demonstrations and presentations.
-
Partner with functional, technical, and program teams to ensure demonstrations accurately reflect customer requirements, business processes, and best practices.
-
Support user adoption, training, and organizational change management activities by serving as a trusted advisor on Momentum capabilities and processes.
-
Continuously enhance demonstration content and scenarios based on customer feedback, evolving requirements, and new system capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
-
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Momentum experience supporting a large federal contract or federal agency environment.
-
Demonstrated experience leading product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder presentations.
-
Strong knowledge of Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities.
-
Proven ability to translate technical information into plain language for business users, stakeholders, and end users.
-
Experience configuring and maintaining sandbox or test environments, including loading and validating test data.
-
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues and identify effective solutions.
-
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and answer functional and system-related questions in real time.
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
