The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

We’re looking for a Manager, SMC Marketing to join Snap Inc.’s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. In this role, you will help define and execute the marketing strategy to accelerate mid-market advertiser acquisition and retention, with a strong focus on supporting sales through high-impact, multi-channel B2B campaigns.

This leader will partner closely with Sales to build programs that generate high-quality leads, improve prospect engagement, and help move advertisers through the funnel more effectively. The role will lead integrated campaigns across events, partner marketing, sales enablement, paid media, and owned channels, while aligning with cross-functional teams including Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Comms, Creative, and Product Marketing. This is a people management role for a strategic marketer with deep B2B experience, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and a track record of building measurable programs that drive business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and execute the marketing strategy that supports SMC’s global growth goals, with a focus on mid-market advertiser acquisition and retention.

  • Lead and develop a team of marketers responsible for building multi-channel B2B marketing strategy that drive high-quality leads and support pipeline growth. Guide the team’s strategy, prioritization, and execution while raising the bar on program quality, creativity, and impact.

  • Partner closely with Growth and Sales to identify priority audiences, improve lead quality, and create programs that help teams engage prospects and convert them more effectively.

  • Develop and execute campaigns across events, partner marketing, sales enablement, paid media, and other B2B-facing channels.

  • Build marketing programs and messaging that clearly communicate Snap’s value proposition, ad products, and creative solutions to mid-market advertisers.

  • Collaborate with Growth, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Comms, and Creative to bring campaigns to market and ensure strong alignment across the funnel.

  • Help equip sales teams with the right narratives, materials, and campaign support to pitch Snap effectively and move advertisers from interest to action.

  • Use performance data and market insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion, and inform future strategy.

  • Stay close to advertiser needs and industry trends to identify new opportunities to strengthen go-to-market programs and campaign effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven track record of developing and executing thoughtful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns for global audiences, with a strong emphasis on measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of how to drive advertiser acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel marketing programs.

  • Experience building integrated campaigns across channels such as events, partner marketing, sales enablement, paid media, and web.

  • Ability to work in close partnership with sales organizations and develop marketing programs that improve lead generation, lead quality, and conversion.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing stakeholders.

  • Experience translating data and performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign strategy and execution.

  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach teams, set direction, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Experience in media, digital advertising, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Experience leading multi-channel marketing programs that support lead generation, pipeline development, and customer retention.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, ad tech partner ecosystem, and industry trends.

  • Direct experience marketing to SMBs or mid-market advertisers.

  • Experience supporting sales organizations through integrated marketing programs and enablement.

  • Hands-on experience with campaign strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
