Job Descriptions:

Aviation and Missile Solutions (AMS) is seeking a Schedule Analyst to join our Huntsville, Alabama team. The selected candidate will support a U.S. Army government project office as a programmatic schedule analyst, with emphasis on hardware production, integrated scheduling, schedule status, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

The position involves maintaining and enhancing a large, multi-source schedule database and developing or updating schedule paths that reflect hardware production plans, program priorities, dependencies, and delivery requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain, status, and update integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project.

  • Support development and maintenance of hardware production schedules and associated milestone paths.

  • Coordinate schedule inputs with government, contractor, engineering, production, logistics, and program stakeholders.

  • Review schedule status, progress, dependencies, near-term milestones, and potential slips or constraints.

  • Assist with integrating schedule data from multiple sources into a coherent program-level view.

  • Prepare schedule information, status summaries, and briefing material for recurring program reviews and staff meetings.

  • Support schedule analysis, data reconciliation, and identification of schedule risks or conflicts.

  • Maintain organized schedule records and support recurring updates to programmatic databases and planning products.

Required Experience:

Basic Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Must reside in the Huntsville, Alabama area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville area.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of four years of applicable programmatic and business analysis experience supporting Department of Defense programs.

  • Working knowledge in developing and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project.

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to think independently and work with limited supervision.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn program-specific scheduling processes.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional, positive, and collaborative approach when working with government and contractor personnel.

Security Requirement

Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
