Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of product catalog management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data.

• Develop and enforce catalog governance standards, workflows, and data quality controls.

• Manage product setup, maintenance, categorization, pricing updates, and attribute management across systems.

• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Sales teams to support product launches and updates.

• Oversee Product Information Management (PIM), ERP, and eCommerce platform integrations.

• Monitor catalog performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements.

• Identify opportunities to enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability of catalog operations.

• Manage and mentor catalog operations staff, establishing goals and performance expectations.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in catalog administration, operations management, data management, or supply chain-related functions.
