What You’ll Do

• Develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted partner in their business

• Build and grow your sales territory by identifying opportunities and expanding market presence

• Partner with IPS engineering and automation teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet real customer needs

• Drive profitable growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value-driven solutions

• Stay ahead of market trends and serve as an informed resource for your clients

What You Bring

• 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred)

• Hunter mentality — competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus
