Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Richmond Hill, GA

Pay Range: $60000 - $80000

Shift: 1st or 2nd shift

What's the Job?

  • Provide first-line technical support for all production and assembly machinery, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the facility.

  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and mechanical maintenance as needed to minimize downtime.

  • Support new equipment installations and partner with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies, control equipment downtime, and manage spare parts accuracy.

  • Create detailed repair manuals, conduct troubleshooting for equipment failures, and support departmental training needs.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment.

  • Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience with motors, sensors, relays, and control circuits.

  • Knowledge of automation components such as VFDs, proximity sensors, and control panels.

  • Strong safety awareness and familiarity with OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, and safe machine practices.
