About the role Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Python / Django · React) Remote‑friendly (US) | NYC HQ Who we are We’re a 6‑person startup helping engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) companies stay on the right side of labor‑law compliance—avoiding penalties and accelerating physical infrastructure projects. With enterprise customers already in production and partnerships with leading enterprises, we’re profitable and growing 40% every month. Our culture favors high integrity, clear ownership, and pragmatic engineering. What you’ll do

• Build end‑to‑end features across a Python / Django backend and React front‑end.
• Operate what you ship: CI/CD in GitHub Actions, AWS deployed via Terraform, shared on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate directly with customers and our internal operations team, turning feedback into rapid product improvements.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, technical planning, and continuous refactoring—working with a high degree of autonomy.

What we’re looking for Must‑have experience

• 7+ years building and maintaining production web apps

• React (TypeScript or modern JS)

• Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.)

• Comfort with basic DevOps on AWS and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong written & verbal communication Nice‑to‑have experience

• Terraform or other IaC tools

• Remote‑friendly, US only (optional office days in NYC; 2‑3 team off‑sites per year)

• Daily 30‑minute stand‑up; otherwise deep‑work focus and asynchronous comms

• You own features from concept through production and post‑launch support
