We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive execution, and ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across multiple teams. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, developers, analysts, and leadership to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project scope while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology initiatives, from kickoff through implementation.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and status reporting for leadership.

• Facilitate project meetings, standups, and stakeholder communications.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

• Support process improvement efforts and promote project management best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of project management experience in a technology environment.

• Proven experience managing software development or IT implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or related certification is a plus.
