Regional NurseTali Healthcare | Massachusetts | Up to $185,000 Per Year

Tali Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse to provide clinical leadership across six Massachusetts facilities. This is a senior-level opportunity for a proven nursing leader who can strengthen clinical operations, develop nursing leadership teams, and drive consistently strong outcomes across multiple facilities.

Compensation & Opportunity

  • Salary up to $185,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

As Regional Nurse, you will provide oversight and strategic clinical leadership across all six facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing clinical operations and nursing performance across multiple facilities

  • Working closely with DONs to establish accountability and strengthen clinical leadership

  • Monitoring clinical outcomes and developing action plans to address areas of concern

  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development to nursing leadership teams

  • Promoting consistent standards of care across all facilities

  • Supporting survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives

  • Identifying operational and clinical challenges and implementing effective solutions

  • Maintaining a regular on-site presence at each facility

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Five or more years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) OR one or more years of Regional Nurse experience

  • Demonstrated success achieving strong clinical outcomes

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold nursing teams accountable

  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly between all six Massachusetts facilities

  • A hands-on leadership approach with a strong commitment to quality resident care
