The Training Department Intern will provide administrative and project support to the Training Department while gaining hands-on experience in document development, technical writing, and organizational processes. This intern will assist with administrative tasks, editing and revising training materials, organizing department resources, and ensuring documents are accurate, clear, and professionally formatted.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provideadministrative support to the Training Department, including paperwork,document organization, and other administrative tasks.

  • Edit, revise, andformat training documents and materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, andreadability.

  • Assist withcreating, editing, and updating Welligent guides and training resources.

  • Assist withreviewing existing materials and identifying opportunities for updates orimprovements.

  • Support thedevelopment and formatting of training materials, guides, and instructionaldocuments.

  • Utilize MicrosoftOffice programs, particularly Microsoft Excel and MicrosoftWord , to organize information and complete department projects.

  • Assist withdocument layout and design to create clear, professional, and user-friendlymaterials.

  • Apply technicalwriting skills to develop and revise instructional content and resources.

  • Collaborate withmembers of the Training Department and other departments as needed.

  • Perform otherrelated duties and special projects as assigned.
