Commercial Insurance Lines Account Manager Our client is a highly successful and growing commercial insurance agency located in Sussex County, NJ. They are committed to delivering exceptional client care with honesty, integrity, and a strategic approach to business. As part of their growth, they are seeking a licensed and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial lines business, ensuring all aspects of client servicing are handled with professionalism and efficiency. Strategic Planning: Utilize strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Daily Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by working with them daily to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on insurance products. Rate-Making and Underwriting: Demonstrate experience in rate-making and possess a general knowledge of underwriting processes to support client needs effectively. Staff Coordination: Manage and collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve daily operational challenges. Qualifications Requirements: Licensing: Valid insurance license is required. Industry Expertise: Proficient in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and the application of policies to meet client needs. Knowledgeable about rating processes and available insurance markets. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in servicing commercial business. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Applied TAM software preferred. Professionalism: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and proactive problem-solving skills. Professional Designations: Designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, or AAI are highly desirable but not required.
