  • Supplier Performance & Delivery (S-OTD): Monitor Supplier On-Time Delivery performance, coordinate corrective actions with external suppliers and Procurement, and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.

  • Inventory Optimization (DOH & E&O): Actively manage RAW Days on Hand (DOH) and control Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory as a percentage of total inventory to optimize working capital.

  • MRP Discipline & Data Integrity: Govern ERP master data parameters and drive disciplined, timely resolution of MRP exception messages to ensure planning system integrity.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Materials Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations to eliminate material constraints.

  • Risk Escalation & Visibility: Identify and escalate critical supply chain risks, establishing formal recovery plans and providing transparent executive visibility into fulfillment KPIs.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing process improvements across material fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and planning operating mechanisms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • CTB / Safety Stock: Material availability measured against scheduled production requirements and safety stock parameters.

  • S-OTD: Supplier delivery performance evaluated against purchase order required dates.

  • RAW DOH: Raw material inventory levels tracked through Days on Hand.

  • E&O %: Excess and obsolete inventory managed as a percentage of total plant inventory.

  • MRP Integrity: Timely review and resolution of MRP exception messages and planning master data issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 7+ years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain, or Materials Management within a manufacturing environment.

  • 5+ years of experience working with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and core material planning replenishment processes.

  • 5+ years of experience managing raw inventory, supplier/material constraints, and plant production requirements.

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams or coordinating the daily activities of Planner/Buyers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in complex industrial or equipment manufacturing operations.

  • Deep understanding of MRP parameters, Safety Stock modeling, Clear-to-Build (CTB) tracking, and PFEP methodologies.

  • Demonstrated track record managing supplier delivery performance (S-OTD) and raw inventory DOH/E&O metrics.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Control, and Warehousing/Logistics.
