As a Demand Planner with Siemens Electrical Products (EP), you will connect customer demand, material availability, production capacity, and manufacturing priorities to support reliable delivery of electrical infrastructure. This hands-on individual-contributor role supports our Fort Worth, Texas manufacturing operation and is based on-site at the facility. You will apply practical planning expertise to strengthen manufacturing responsiveness, inventory health, and supply chain execution in a global organization. By turning complex demand and supply information into clear, actionable plans, you will help keep production moving and ensure the materials needed to serve customers are available when they matter most.
You will make an impact by:

Developingdemand and production plans by analyzing historical data, customerrequirements, business inputs, capacity considerations, and materialconstraints to improve manufacturing readiness.

Translatingdemand requirements into executable production schedules by aligning laboravailability, production capacity, material availability, and changingbusiness priorities.

Monitoringinventory and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) signals by identifyingshortages, excess inventory, and planning exceptions that could affectproduction continuity or customer delivery.

Coordinatingplanning execution across manufacturing, procurement, materials,logistics, sales, and other cross-functional teams to resolve constraintsand maintain alignment between demand and supply.

Maintainingplanning data and requirements in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), MRP,and related manufacturing planning systems to improve schedule accuracy,inventory visibility, and execution discipline.

SupportingSales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities by consolidatingdemand, supply, capacity, inventory, and production insights to informpractical business decisions.

Analyzingplanning performance using Microsoft Excel, SAP, or comparable planningtools and supporting process improvements that strengthen forecastaccuracy, schedule adherence, inventory health, and customer deliveryperformance.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business,Operations, or a related field, or a combination of education and directlyrelated work experience.

Threeor more years of hands-on planning experience in demand planning,production planning, material planning, manufacturing planning, supplychain planning, production control, or a related manufacturingenvironment.
-
Experienceexecuting planning activities and supporting manufacturing operationsthrough production scheduling, material planning, inventory coordination,or related processes.
-
Experienceusing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Materials RequirementsPlanning (MRP), production planning, material planning, or comparablemanufacturing planning system.
-
Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis,reporting, planning coordination, and performance tracking.
-
Professionalproficiency in English.

Willingnessand ability to work on-site at the Siemens manufacturing facility in FortWorth, Texas.
-
Legallyauthorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basiswithout company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experiencewith SAP; experience with another comparable planning system will also beconsidered.

Experienceas a Demand Planner, Production Planner, Material Planner, ManufacturingPlanner, Supply Planner, Supply Chain Planner, Production Control Planner,MRP Planner, Production Scheduler, or Inventory Planner.

Experiencesupporting demand planning, production scheduling, material availability,inventory management, capacity planning, or manufacturing operations.
-
Experienceworking in a smaller manufacturing company or high-mix manufacturingenvironment.
-
Experienceparticipating in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes andconnecting demand, supply, capacity, and inventory information.
-
Experiencebuilding supply chain dashboards, analyzing planning performance, orsupporting planning process digitalization and automation.
-
Knowledgeof Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or root-cause problem-solvingmethodologies.
-
Certifiedin Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply ChainProfessional (CSCP), or a comparable supply chain certification.
