A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Java Kotlin Developer

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Remote

As a Sr. Java Kotlin Developer, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java and Kotlin. Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise-scale applications. Design and implement microservices-based architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Develop and maintain Kafka producers and consumers for event-driven applications and asynchronous processing. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. The ideal candidate will have: Software development experience with strong expertise in Java and Kotlin. Experience with messaging platforms, especially Apache Kafka, including producer and consumer implementation. Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design patterns. Experience building, integrating, and supporting REST APIs.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $80 - $85 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
