LPN Instructor

Job Summary

Ideal School of Allied Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN Instructor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a LPN Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our LPN Student.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to our LPN Student, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care and safety

  • Develop and implement educational programs and training materials to support staff development and ongoing education

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes

  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patients and clients to ensure personalized care and support

  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements

  • Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting

  • MSN degree (teaching)

  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in patient care and education

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
