Sr. Graphic Designer (onsite)

Our fintech client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a long-term freelance basis, hybrid in New York, covering a parental leave while supporting a robust pipeline of ongoing brand and marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in creating engaging digital experiences across web, social, email, mobile, and integrated campaigns, while helping to maintain and evolve the company's visual identity. The ideal candidate brings strong digital design expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a portfolio that demonstrates impactful, brand-driven creative across multiple channels.Details Start Date: ASAPDuration: one yearHours: 40 hours/weekLocation: onsite 3 days a week in New York CityIndustry: FinTech Responsibilities * Design and produce digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, mobile applications, and other digital channels. * Partner closely with brand, marketing, digital, social, and cross-functional teams to develop impactful creative solutions. * Translate business goals and brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and designs. * Execute creative work that aligns with project objectives and brand standards while helping elevate the overall brand experience. * Contribute to design systems and frameworks that support scalable, efficient, and consistent creative output. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept development through final execution. * Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with project timelines and budgets. * Maintain a high standard of visual excellence, consistency, and accuracy across all creative assets. * Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen brand storytelling through innovative design solutions. * Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.Requirements * 5+ years of experience as a Senior Designer with a strong focus on digital design. * Portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work across web, social, events, and email marketing. * Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Proficiency in Figma. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). * Experience with animation, AI-driven design tools, or within the FinTech industry is a plus.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
