At Castell Rooftop Lounge, we're in the business of taking care of people--and this ethos begins with our employees. We are currently seeking an energetic General Manager. This position is perfect for you if you have a dynamic floor presence, excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine interest in others. In this role, you will provide guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values. You will ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds its financial targets and overseeing the restaurant's preparedness for daily service and DOH inspection readiness.

What we're looking for:

• Relevant management experience in a similar role in a craft cocktail bar or high-end establishment, with a background in beverage management.

• Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity

• Proficient in managing beverage inventory, tracking product usage, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

• Sufficiently technically savvy with proficiency with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce)

• Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead

• Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions

• A good sense of humor

• Must be at least 18 years old
