Seasonal IT Technician - Thursday to Sunday (Days)

That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented Seasonal IT Technician to join us. That’s why we’re looking for an IT Technician to join our team and ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Please note: This is a seasonal position and has an expected end date of December 31, 2026. This date can change due to business needs.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Inspecting our IT infrastructure to assess its performance

• Informing management about any problems, needed improvements, and planned interruptions

• Managing user accounts and access rights, and keeping users informed of any technical issues

• Identifying problems, implementing policies, and taking action to secure our online systems and company equipment

• Participating in system development projects

• Performing other duties as assigned

In this role, we'll expect you to:

• Have a strong sense of responsibility

• Have an analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving

• Work well as part of a global team

• Work well with minimal supervision

• Have an eye for detail

• Comply with OSHA requirements while on work premises

Your qualifications:

• Associate’s in computer science or a similar field

• CompTIA A+ or similar networking certification

• 2+ years of general IT experience

• Knowledge of IT networks and protocols

• Experience with MacOS/iOS devices

• Experience with label printers such as Zebra

• Experience with G Suite
