Automated Fuel Systems Operator

Overview -

• average first year earnings of $65k.

• $14.50/hour to start ($16/hour for CDL holders, $16.50/hour for class B w/X, $18/hour for class A w/X)+ time-on-job raises for first year + overtime + sign-on bonus + per diem + paid travel time to and from hitch (5-7 hours).

• Schedule: 15 days on/6 days off, 85-90 hours/week, day and night shifts.

• Work: As an Automated Fuel Systems Operator, you'll provide a high level of customer service and display a commitment to safety in operating and monitoring our Automated Fueling System (AFS) units on frac sites all over Texas, Oklahoma, and southeast New Mexico. You'll assist in rig-up and rig-down procedures on site, monitor fuel levels of various pieces of equipment, troubleshoot any issues that require attention throughout your shift, and participate in daily reporting of various metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Strong safety background.

• Knowledge of basic hand tools.

• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.

• Ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations.

• Ability to work effectively alone and within team setting.

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" physical exam.

• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write the English language.

• Must satisfactorily pass a drug test and background check.

• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

• Must be able to withstand the physical stress of working long hours in inclement weather, while wearing Personal Protective Equipment and performing job functions.

Compensation and Benefits

• $14.50/hour to start ($16/hour for CDL holders, $16.50/hour for class B w/X, $18/hour for class A w/X).

• Time on the job raises every three months for first year, total of +$1.50/hour.

• Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week.

• $300 sign-on bonus.

• Paid travel time to and from hitch (5-7 hours).

• $25/day per diem.

• Company-provided lodging.

Schedule and Location

• Hiring from Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, Pecos, Orla, El Paso, Abilene, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and other parts of Texas. Also Carlsbad, Jal, Hobbs, and parts of southeast New Mexico. Also Oklahoma City, El Reno, Elk City, and other parts of Oklahoma.

• Scheduled work location dependent on business need.

• Work locations include parts of West Texas, southeast New Mexico, central Oklahoma.

• Must be able to travel to work locations to be considered for employment.
