Full job description

SUMMARY

As a Senior Analyst, you will identify and build on new opportunities to transform how Services Operations works with AI. You will work directly with SMEs and leaders to build, test, and deploy automation and AI solutions, driving innovation in the way we operate and uncovering new ideas that can scale across Services Operations. This is hands-on, close to the work, and fast-moving by design.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner with task and team-level process owners across Services Operations to identify automation and AI opportunities

  • Build and deploy working prototypes quickly, favoring a fast, testable solution over a perfect one

  • Operate as part of a new AI Fusion Team, pairing your technical skill with a business owner's domain knowledge on each engagement

  • Move across different projects, stakeholders, and leaders as priorities shift, rather than owning a single fixed program

  • Evaluate and document what each initiative proves, so validated wins can be used to inform and scale into the broader Services Operations transformation agenda

  • Bring genuine curiosity about new tools and techniques, and a bias toward testing ideas quickly over debating them at length Essential Requirements:

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience

  • Working technical proficiency with automation, scripting, or AI tooling sufficient to build and configure solutions directly, not just specify them for someone else to build

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of picking up new tools quickly

  • Ability to work independently against a loosely scoped problem with general direction rather than detailed supervision

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, including shifting across projects and stakeholders on short notice

  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work directly with non-technical business owners Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $91,800 - $118,800 Benefits and Perks of working at Dell Technologies Your life. Your health. Supported by your benefits.
