City/State Woodbridge, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview Sentara is looking for a strong Project Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Food Pharmacy/Pantry. This individual will serve as the program's operational lead and will coordinate volunteers, manage daily workflows, support patient engagement activities, and ensure the project's overall success and sustainability.

The Food Pantry will be supported primarily by volunteers, so the ideal candidate should have experience leading, directing, and overseeing volunteer teams. Responsibilities will include volunteer coordination and training, scheduling support, patient and consumer intake interviews, inventory management, data tracking and reporting, appointment coordination, and maintaining operational processes.

The Project Manager will work closely with operational and community partners and, with support from the Director of Operations, will help lead the implementation and long-term success of this initiative.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public health, nonprofit management) or equivalent work experience is required.

Experience

Experience in outreach programs, food pantry management, or social services is required. At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Schedule: Must be available to work 8 and 10 hour days.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $61,131.20 - $96,262.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
