If you're energized by innovation, transformation, and the chance to make a visible impact on a global business, PLUS+ offers an opportunity unlike any other in the industry.

Overview

The VP, Global Investment, Partnerships & JBP Operations will be responsible for the hands-on development, implementation and ongoing management of PepsiCo's global investment, strategic partnership, JBP and principal supply capabilities.

Reporting to the SVP, Global Partnerships, Investment & Principal Supply, this role will translate global investment priorities into practical tools, processes, reporting and governance that can be adopted across PepsiCo's regions and markets.

The VP will work closely with PepsiCo stakeholders, Publicis investment teams, global platform partners and local markets to ensure the global investment capability delivers measurable value, maintains strong governance and supports effective market execution.

This is a highly collaborative, delivery-oriented role requiring strong investment knowledge, commercial understanding and the ability to manage complex workstreams across a global organization.

Responsibilities

Investment Standards & Marketplace Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain global investment standards, benchmarking frameworks, marketplace intelligence and supporting playbooks.

  • Coordinate with regional and local investment teams to gather market-level inputs, pricing intelligence, investment assumptions and relevant commercial information.

  • Identify investment trends, marketplace opportunities and areas requiring additional review or intervention.

  • Maintain visibility into market adoption of global investment standards and coordinate updates based on local feedback.

Global Partnerships & JBP Management

  • Maintain the global and regional partnership inventory, including key partners, agreement structures, commitments, market participation and relevant commercial terms.

  • Manage JBP planning calendars, renewal milestones, governance meetings and partner review processes.

  • Track commercial and noncommercial partnership value, including media benefits, innovation opportunities, research, technology access and other agreed commitments.

  • Coordinate with markets and partners to support implementation of global partnership opportunities.

  • Develop standardized reporting and scorecards to assess partnership performance, value delivery and outstanding actions.

Principal Supply Governance

  • Implement agreed principal supply standards, approval processes, disclosure requirements and exception procedures.

  • Coordinate with relevant Publicis teams to assess principal supply opportunities against approved quality, transparency, performance and commercial criteria.

  • Maintain documentation supporting authorization, compliance, auditability and governance.

  • Work with Finance Operations and Data & Measurement to ensure appropriate reporting and reconciliation processes are established.

Commerce & Emerging Investment Opportunities

  • Incorporate relevant commerce, retail media and emerging platform considerations into investment intelligence, partnership tracking and global frameworks.

  • Collaborate with Publicis commerce specialists to support initiatives involving retail media, Shop sufficiency and integrated investment opportunities.

  • Help identify where specialist commerce expertise is required and coordinate its involvement in the relevant workstreams.

  • Support the development of global principles that markets can apply to commerce-related investment opportunities without duplicating local execution responsibilities.

Global Capability Delivery & Market Enablement

  • Develop the tools, templates, governance processes and reporting required to operationalize the Above Market investment capability.

  • Coordinate directly with regional and market investment leads to support adoption, capture feedback and resolve implementation issues.

  • Maintain workstream deliverables, timelines, dependencies and reporting, ensuring tangible progress against agreed priorities.

  • Partner with Strategy, Data, Measurement, Productivity and Global Operations to connect investment activities to the broader PepsiCo operating model.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility and reduce duplicated effort across the network.

Initial Priorities

  • Build the consolidated global partnership and JBP register.

  • Establish the JBP governance calendar, commitment tracker and value scorecard.

  • Develop investment standards, market intelligence templates and benchmarking processes.

  • Operationalize principal supply approval, disclosure and exception procedures.

  • Coordinate market inputs and establish recurring reporting.

  • Support the rollout of global investment and partnership playbooks.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in media investment, strategic partnerships, JBP management, investment operations or a related discipline.

  • Solid understanding of media investment economics, major media platforms and global or regional agency operating models.

  • Experience managing complex commercial workstreams, investment reporting and partner governance.

  • Familiarity with principal media models, transparency requirements and media investment controls.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic frameworks into actionable processes, tools and market-ready deliverables.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working independently with senior global and local stakeholders.

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams in a lean operating environment.

  • Experience in commerce or retail media is a plus, but not a prerequisite. The role will collaborate with Publicis subject matter experts as needed.

Measures of Success

  • Timely delivery and adoption of investment and partnership frameworks.

  • Accuracy and completeness of JBP and partnership reporting.

  • Visibility into partnership commitments and realized value.

  • Effective implementation of principal supply governance and approval requirements.
