As an engineering leader, you will have end-to-end responsibility, from building a highly performing team, helping define requirements, to delivering features directly contribute to the high availability of AWS data centers, and Amazon’s sustainability goals.
The ideal candidate has experience driving change across diverse objectives, without compromising service integrity. You have the ability to own the development lifecycle as well as the continuous testing and deployment of software systems. You draw from a breadth of expertise to both mentor engineers and complete your own hands-on technical work. You provide leadership on complex issues by building trust out of good data.
