  • Ensure rigorous quality practices through systematic code reviews, test strategy alignment (including MUnit and CI/CD), and proactive risk identification to reduce incidents and improve release predictability.

  • Support incident and problem resolution by investigating root causes, applying sustainable fixes, and documenting patterns; continuously optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of integration flows and promote reusable assets.

  • Promote secure-by-design principles across IBM Initiate, ERP, MuleSoft, and Salesforce solutions by enforcing access controls and protecting sensitive information, while aligning solution roadmaps with company objectives to increase customer satisfaction, reduce manual work, and enable data-driven decision making.

  • Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, REST and SOAP services, RAML/OpenAPI specifications, OAuth 2.0, client-ID enforcement, TLS/mTLS, JWT, secure properties, and enterprise integration patterns, with experience integrating messaging and enterprise systems such as Anypoint MQ, JMS/ActiveMQ, Kafka, SQL databases, SFTP, and file-based interfaces across cloud and on-premise landscapes.

  • Hands-on experience with IBM Initiate (primary skill), including master data management solution design, data matching and quality, and integration of trusted master data with downstream enterprise and customer-facing applications.

  • Proven experience with ERP Technology Adapters (primary skill), including implementing and overseeing adapters and integrations that connect core ERP platforms such as SAP with customer-facing applications to simplify workflows and improve operational reliability.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (primary skill), including configuration, customization, and integration with MuleSoft to align customer relationship processes with intuitive user journeys and measurable business outcomes.

  • Domain knowledge in User Experience Services, with the ability to translate journey maps and experience blueprints into technical designs that deliver responsive, accessible, and engaging digital interactions; proficiency with Maven, Git, Jenkins or Azure DevOps, MUnit, and automated CI/CD pipelines for quality and release control.

  • Proven experience leading and technically guiding developers in a hybrid, onshore-offshore delivery model, including solution design, code reviews, mentoring, production support, stakeholder management, and clear customer-facing communication; must be eligible to work onsite in Philadelphia three days per week and overlap with India working hours as needed.
