BillGO is seeking a Director, Business Analysis to drive data-informed strategy and decision-making across BGX. This role will lead a team supporting both acquisition and existing customer experience analytics, helping drive insights and optimizations.

You’ll partner closely with BillGO Exchange leadership, marketing, customer experience, product, data and growth teams to analyze acquisition performance across channels, understand customer behavior, and identify opportunities to improve experiences and deliver insights that increase growth, retention and lifetime value. This role plays a key part in ensuring BillGO not only acquires customers—but keeps and grows them effectively.

Why This Role Matters

This role is critical to BillGO’s growth because it ensures that customer strategies are effective, scalable, and data-driven. By turning complex marketing, customer behavior, and lifecycle performance data into actionable insights, this role directly impacts how effectively we attract, convert, grow and retain customers to maximize their lifetime value.

Without this role, acquisition and customer retention efforts risk becoming fragmented or inefficient; with it, BillGO gains clear visibility into what drives growth and engagement, enabling smarter, more targeted decisions, faster experimentation, and stronger returns.

What You’ll Do

Customer Acquisition Strategy

Drive analysis on end-to-end acquisition funnel performance (impressions to clicks to conversions to activation) to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities Develop insights to identify high-value customer segments and optimize audience targeting, segmentation, and channel mix. Build models and analyses to understand customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and payback periods. Support forecasting and scenario planning for acquisition growth.

Customer Experience Strategy

Drive analysis of the end-to-end customer lifecycle (onboarding to activation to engagement to retention) to identify key business opportunities and strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV). Identify key drivers behind activation, adoption, and attrition. Identify high-value and at-risk customer segments and recommend targeted actions. Conduct cohort and longitudinal analyses to understand customer trends over time. Deliver insights to improve customer retention, utilization, and frequency of use. Partner with product and customer teams to identify friction points and opportunities in the user experience. Develop and maintain customer segmentation frameworks (behavioral, cohort-based, value-based).

Test Design & Analysis

Partner with marketing teams to design and measure A/B tests and experiments. Partner with product to design and measure tests across the product lifecycle

Data & Reporting

Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across the acquisition and customer management value chain. Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into key metrics

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Influence stakeholders and drive clarity on strategies, priorities, and trade-offs Build and mentor analysts as the function scales
