  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and risks in vendor performance and project pacing, and recommend corrective action.

  • Support scenario planning and “what-if” modeling for staffing and capacity decisions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, vendor management, and finance stakeholders to align on assumptions and outputs.

  • Continuously improve tracking methodologies and forecasting accuracy over time.

  • Analyze vendor throughput and capacity against forecasted volume, flagging variances early.

  • Present pacing, forecasting, and capacity findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Support headcount and staffing plan reviews in partnership with Finance and Operations leadership.

  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.

  • Track project risk indicators and escalate concerns proactively.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project tracking and forecasting.

  • Business related travel as needed (up to 10%).

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of five years of equivalent experience in project analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial/operational modeling.

  • Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team environment.

  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet departmental needs.

  • Ability to analyze data to determine root causes of pacing, capacity, or forecasting variances.

  • Experience with risk adjustment methodologies preferred.

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
