Posting Date 10/26/2026 1150 Lake Hearn Dr NeSte 100, Atlanta, Georgia, 30342-1566, United States of America About Team Periscope: Team Periscope, a revenue operations analytics team, operates at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution within Revenue Operations, driving initiatives that directly impact organizational performance. By leveraging analytics and strategic insights, our team fosters operational excellence and supports transformative projects that align with our mission to optimize the revenue cycle and deliver exceptional results. As a Senior Business Analyst on Team Periscope, you will independently lead the team’s most complex analyses and strategic initiatives, translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable recommendations that improve revenue operations. This role requires advanced analytical and technical expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence senior leaders through clear, data-driven narratives. You will own initiatives from discovery through implementation and results measurement, serve as a subject-matter expert on revenue operations data and analytical practices, and elevate team capability by mentoring analysts and establishing high standards for quality, documentation, and execution. Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead complex, high-impact analyses that identify opportunities for revenue optimization, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and process improvement
  • Assess and quantify the business impact of identified opportunities, including financial value sizing and forecast modeling, to inform prioritization and decision-making
  • Frame ambiguous business problems, select and reconcile appropriate data sources, develop robust analytical models, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations
  • Own strategic initiatives from concept through implementation and sustained results, including defining scope, success measures, milestones, dependencies, risks, and change adoption plans
  • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts, prioritize work based on business value, remove roadblocks, and proactively communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions
  • Develop clear, executive-ready presentations that use effective data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate key takeaways and data-supported insights
  • Present executive-ready insights, project updates, recommendations, and decision points to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders using a clear, answer-first approach
  • Build alignment across Revenue Operations and partner teams by facilitating working sessions, challenging assumptions constructively, and influencing decisions without direct authority
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on revenue operations processes, data sources, business definitions, analytical tools, and best practices
  • Establish and apply rigorous quality-control and documentation standards for data, code, assumptions, analyses, and work products
  • Mentor analysts, review complex work, share reusable methods, and coach teammates in analytical problem-solving, technical skills, and stakeholder engagement
  • Research and implement innovative analytical approaches, tools, and techniques that advance Team Periscope’s capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, data science, healthcare, engineering, information systems, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, revenue cycle, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Demonstrated success independently leading complex analyses and cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation and results measurement
  • Advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to interpret complex quantitative and qualitative information, identify root causes, assess business impact, and develop practical strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building, project leadership, and change-management skills
  • Experience mentoring analysts, reviewing analytical work, or establishing quality and documentation standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, data analytics, healthcare, engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle, billing, claims, collections, payer operations, or related functions
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Alteryx, BigQuery, Tableau, Python, R, or other automation, modeling, and analytics technologies
  • Familiarity with forecasting, statistical modeling, predictive modeling, process improvement, or change-management methodologies
  • Project management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related experience
