Now Hiring: Class A & Class B Welders

Competitive Pay | Overtime Available | 4-Day Workweek | DIRECT HIRE

Join a team building large-scale industrial equipment used in power generation and process industries. If you take pride in producing high-quality welds and working on complex fabrication projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday & Saturday overtime available as needed

What You'll Be Working On

  • Pressure vessels

  • Steam drums

  • Economizers

  • Superheaters

  • Firetube and watertube boilers

  • Other ASME code fabrication projects

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures

  • Experience fitting, laying out, cutting, fitting, and tacking components

  • Strong knowledge of FCAW, SMAW, and GTAW processes

  • Ability to weld in all positions

  • Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome alloys, and nickel alloys

  • Proficient with carbon arc gouging and oxy-fuel cutting equipment

  • Ability to pass weld inspections, X-ray testing, and other NDT requirements

  • Experience with leveling and alignment equipment preferred

  • SAW experience is a plus

Class A Fitter/Welder

Pay: $34-$36/hr DOE

Required Weld Test

  • 6" Sch. 80 6G GTAW Stringer/Hot Pass with SMAW Fill & Cap

  • 3G FCAW 1/2" Plate Test

  • Fitter Test

Class B Welder

Pay: $33-$34/hr DOE

Required Weld Tests

  • 6" Sch. 80 6G GTAW Stringer/Hot Pass with SMAW Fill & Cap

  • 3G FCAW 1/2" Plate Test
