Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities Lead IT project teams in the engineering, integration, and upgrading of unified communications and endpoint capabilities across the CNIC enterprise. Implement and monitor rigorous cybersecurity controls, Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements, and vulnerability assessments specific to telecommunications endpoint devices to protect against unauthorized access. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of voice, video, and data transmitted across endpoint devices by developing procedures for secure infrastructure reliability. Manage the full lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning) of enterprise telecommunications endpoint hardware, software, and services to ensure continuous mission readiness and high availability. Evaluate metrics and assess the total cost of ownership for the telecommunications endpoint portfolio to advise leadership on technology selection and procurement plan conformance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align telecommunications endpoint modernization strategies with broader organizational goals and architectural visions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading the full lifecycle management of enterprise telecommunications endpoint services, including mobile devices and unified communications technologies, to support mission requirements, modernization objectives, and enterprise service delivery, 2) Serving as the Primary Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for task orders regarding Spiral 4 Wireless Services Contract vehicle. Initiated, prepared, administered, and managed task order packages while ensuring procurement compliance with the Spiral 4 Mandatory Ordering Guide, 3) Developing and executing acquisition strategies, financial plans, and modernization roadmaps for an enterprise telecommunications portfolio. Advised leadership on technology selection, total cost of ownership, portfolio performance, and alignment with organizational objectives, and 4) Leading information technology project teams in engineering and integrating new telecommunications endpoint capabilities, including support to the Wireless Mobility Program Office's implementation of Flank Speed mobility capabilities. Established and enforced enterprise-wide endpoint policies, governance, and standards. NOTE: All experience must be demonstrated in your resume.
