Job Description The EDGE program's Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP) track accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders. You will gain cross-functional experiences to enhance your professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization through four different six-month rotations and one year-long capstone rotation. Upon graduation, you will be promoted into a longer-term role that matches the your professional interests. Successful associates will graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role depending on their performance throughout the program. You will report to the ISC Program Manager and work onsite at one of the locations listed below. Location: Location flexibility is a requirement of this position. Rotation assignments could include facilities in Wisconsin, Ohio or elsewhere in the US. To successfully graduate from the program, you must relocate to at least one new, US-based site during the course of the program. Site availabilities change depending on business need and remaining rotation requirements.
