Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting supply chain operations at our Harley-Davidson Powertrain Operations facility to ensure the uninterrupted flow of materials to meet manufacturing and customer demand. The role focuses on material planning, supplier collaboration, inventory management, and supply continuity by executing supply chain activities that drive operational excellence. The position will monitor and improve key performance indicators including on time delivery, schedule adherence, past due deliveries, while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, and Suppliers to resolve issues and mitigate supply risks. This role serves as a critical link between suppliers and manufacturing operations to ensure on-time production and customer fulfillment. Job Responsibilities Demonstrates foundational knowledge of Supply Chain Operations through education, internships, or related experience. Supports the planning and execution of material flow to ensure supply availability and production continuity. Monitors supplier delivery performance, identifies risks, and drives corrective actions to prevent disruptions to operations.
