What is residency?Our program is specially designed to provide support, guidance and help develop a nurse's knowledge and skills during the first year of practice so you can successfully transition into the constantly changing world of healthcare.

  • Minimum Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.

  • Minimum Work Experience:

  • Prior healthcare experience preferred

  • Required Licenses/ Certifications:

  • Ability to obtain valid Vermont State Registered Nurse licensure by date of employment required.

  • Health Care Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certification are required within 90 days of hire.

  • Night shift 6pm-6a or 7pm-7am and rotating weekends/holidays are required.

  • Area of Interest:Nursing;

  • Pay Range:$32.00;
