Position Overview:This position supports theanticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office Support effort at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VAas anAssistant Acquisition Program Analyst. Assistant Acquisition Program Analysts are embedded with Integrated Product Teams in a Marine Corps program office, supporting IPT operations and building the portfolio-wide reporting the enterprise runs on. Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

Location:MCB Quantico, VA

Anticipated Start Date:December 2026, contingent upon contract award.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IPT support: attend IPT meetings, working groups, and morning stand-ups; record actions and decisions; prepare agendas and minutes

  • Maintain the Action Item and Milestone tracking system with weekly status briefed to IPT leads

  • Help define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and build Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) measuring portfolio outcomes, soliciting input across the organization quarterly and annually

  • Build and maintain Jira dashboards visualizing reporting metrics across program teams; track Work in Progress, Throughput, and Blockers on the Portfolio Kanban

  • Develop communications strategies, business plans, and communications products that keep initiatives visibly aligned to the portfolio vision

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Active SECRET security clearance required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Jira and Confluence familiarity; exposure to SAFe or Kanban practices

  • Experience producing executive communications products

United States of America: $65,000 USD – $90,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
