Full job description

About DeepJudge: Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage. Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most. Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others. Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied. At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role: DeepJudge is a fast-growing venture-backed startup at the forefront of applying Artificial Intelligence in the legal domain. Founded by ex-Googlers and ETH PhDs, our mission is to help legal teams harness their collective knowledge so they can focus on the strategic aspects of their work. DeepJudge’s state-of-the-art knowledge retrieval system directs legal professionals to the internal insights that matter most, providing a strong foundation for AI-powered workflows. We’re headquartered in Zurich, with a team in the United States and Canada, and cater to clients all around the world.

We are looking for a thoughtful and strategic Product Marketing Manager to help shape how we communicate the value of AI-powered legal solutions to the market. As a subject matter expert on our products, you will craft compelling messaging, develop go-to-market strategies, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our positioning resonates with customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who is passionate about making complex technology approachable and valuable for legal professionals. You are a great fit for this role if you have a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, a talent for crafting compelling messaging, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive product launches, customer adoption, and market success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that articulates the value of DeepJudge to our core audiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Lead the launch of new features and products, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful adoption and engagement.

  • Act as a proactive advocate for DeepJudge’s product by sharing product features, use cases, and insights across the company.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to create effective enablement materials and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Gather and synthesize customer and market insights to provide actionable feedback that informs product development and enhances product-market fit.

  • Translate data and findings into actionable insights that drive decisions and fuel impactful product and feature updates.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support marketing campaigns for new product features and updates.

  • Create, monitor, and analyze product marketing performance metrics to guide strategic actions.

  • Use tools such as Hubspot, Figma, Webflow, Linear, and G Suite to manage projects, analyze data, and create content, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, in the B2B SaaS or technology space (legal tech strongly preferred but will consider experience within complex data/AI enterprise software space)

  • Overall 5-8 years of experience as product marketer, marketing solutions, product management or product strategy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Writing experience is important (share your portfolio or submit a writing sample with your application)

  • Comfortable with user data and have experience in industry and customer research

  • Translate data into actionable insights, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumptions

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail

  • Analytical data-driven mindset, but orientation towards getting things done quickly and efficiently

  • Ideally, experience collaborating with Marketing on account-based and content strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

What you can look forward to

  • You will be able to take on full ownership of your projects and tasks from day 1

  • You will have a stake in shaping the future of a high-impact, high-growth deep-tech startup

  • Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements

At DeepJudge, we believe great teams are built on diverse perspectives and experiences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. If this role excites you, but you feel you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway and tell us why you’d be a great fit.
