Position Summary

We are seeking anHRIS Integration Engineerto design, develop, monitor, and support reliable employee and contractor data integrations across HR, payroll, identity, finance, and corporate systems. This role will partner with business and technical teams to improve automation, data quality, compliance, and onboarding efficiency while building scalable integration capabilities that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations across HR and enterprise platforms.

• Translate business and data requirements into secure, scalable integration solutions.

• Monitor interfaces and resolve failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.

• Support employee and contractor lifecycle data flows across payroll, identity, finance, and corporate systems.

• Implement controls that improve data accuracy, timeliness, privacy, and compliance.

• Automate manual processes and reduce delays in onboarding and workforce administration.

• Document integration designs, data mappings, support procedures, and technical standards.

• Partner with application owners and stakeholders to plan and deliver new integration capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of HRIS, enterprise integration, or application engineering experience, including hands-on responsibility for designing, developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting production integrations.

• Strong experience with APIs, web services, SFTP/file-based integrations, data transformation/mapping, SQL, JSON/XML, authentication, error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation.

• Experience supporting employee and contractor lifecycle integrations across HR, payroll, identity/access management, finance, and downstream enterprise applications.

Preferred Technical Experience:

• Experience with enterprise HR/HCM platforms and integration technologies such as Azure Logic Apps/Power Automate, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Celigo, or similar integration platforms.

• Experience integrating HR platforms with Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance solutions, payroll, ERP/finance, benefits, and SaaS applications preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

• Relevant Microsoft Azure, integration platform/iPaaS, HRIS/HCM, HRIP, or ITIL certifications preferred but not required.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$125,000 - $156,000
