Full job description

Hourly Range: $18.66 USD to $27.98 USD

Description

Essential Functions

  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of all health and welfare benefit plans. Process employee benefits changes due toqualifying events and facilitate tracking and processing of COBRA enrollments. Prepare required documentation and paperwork asneeded. Respond to inquiries from employees

  • Leave of Absence Administration: Assist in the administration of Leaves of Absence including FMLA, disability, and other requiredleaves. Prepare required documentation and paperwork, and process in HRIS. Follow up with employees as needed on claimsprocessing and return to work documentation.

  • Onboarding: Create and disseminate new hire paperwork through HRIS, perform I-9 verification and setup new employees in HRIS.

  • HRIS: Process employee changes (ex. demographic changes, employee benefits, new hires, terminations) with a focus on accuracyand data integrity. Maintain Assignable Goals in UKG Performance Management and Jobs in UKG Pro.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed (ex. filing, mailing paperwork, scheduling assistance).

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Required

  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration

Experience

Required

  • 1 year: One or more years of human resources experience, HRIS experience preferred
