Full job description
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Luminai, you’ll be instrumental in building the team that drives our mission to make healthcare more efficient. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent that aligns with our culture. If you’re people-focused, driven to make an impact, and passionate about building a winning team, this could be the role for you. Our team is in-office 4 days a week (Monday - Friday, Wednesday optional WFH) in either San Fransisco, California or New York, New York. What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions
- Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Proven success hiring for technical teams
- Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing – including negotiating offers, pitching equity value to candidates, and building relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Passion for fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones
- Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace
- Experience with healthcare hiring is a huge plus
